Who we are

Learn 2 Vibe (learn-2-vibe.com) is operated by Aardvark Hosting, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 68957157, Mariahof 3, 5056 SG Berkel-Enschot, the Netherlands. Questions: [email protected].

What data we process

• Account: your email address (you log in with an email link; there are no passwords).
• Purchase: which access you bought and the Stripe reference. We never see your payment details — Stripe processes those.
• Statistics: anonymous and cookieless (Umami, self-hosted in the EU) — not traceable to you.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Scaleway (email delivery via SMTP, EU), Cloudflare (network/security). Marketing scripts (Meta, Google) only load after your explicit consent — see the cookie policy. The course itself runs on our own servers in the EU.

Retention & your rights

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists; purchase records for 7 years (Dutch tax retention requirement). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data — email us and we’ll take care of it. Complaints can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
